Welcome to the Office of University Recruiting for the Louisiana Scholars' College, the state's designated four-year selective-admissions honors college in the liberal arts and sciences. Our mission is to meet the special needs of honors students throughout the college search process.

What makes the La. Scholars' College different from other colleges and why should I apply?

The Scholars’ College is a special place. We offer an outstanding honors education that prepares our students for their futures, but we offer so much more: We attract a dynamic group of students who care about each other and who look forward each year to the addition of new members to the Scholars’ family. We help students find research and internship opportunities to support what they learn in the classroom. We encourage involvement in the hundreds of organizations on campus. We provide in-depth advising to help students find their niche and develop their career goals. And with all of this, there is still something special about Scholars’ that cannot be put into words. Come see for yourself if this is the right place for you.
